Job description:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Meet, greet and support customers with a cheerful attitude when guests arrive.<\/p>\n

– Check the customer’s passport or equivalent document and ask them to write the information in the “Customer Information Book”.<\/p>\n

– Invite customers to make membership cards and enter customer information into the computer.<\/p>\n

– Receive phone calls and other external communications.<\/p>\n

– Provide information and introduction about ongoing promotions.<\/p>\n

– Respond to customer requests about checking points, promotions, benefits (booking\/car and related issues).<\/p>\n

– Cooperate with other departments so that the work process is shared.<\/p>\n

– Make daily report.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n– Age between 22 and 30 years old.<\/p>\n

– Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.<\/p>\n

– Professional attitude and appearance.<\/p>\n

– Able to communicate in English\/ Korean well.<\/p>\n

– Accept to work in shifts (shift A from 6am to 2pm, shift B from 2pm to 10pm, shift C from 10pm to 6pm).<\/p>\n
