Job description:
– Meet, greet and support customers with a cheerful attitude when guests arrive.
– Check the customer’s passport or equivalent document and ask them to write the information in the “Customer Information Book”.
– Invite customers to make membership cards and enter customer information into the computer.
– Receive phone calls and other external communications.
– Provide information and introduction about ongoing promotions.
– Respond to customer requests about checking points, promotions, benefits (booking/car and related issues).
– Cooperate with other departments so that the work process is shared.
– Make daily report.
Requirements:
– Age between 22 and 30 years old.
– Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
– Professional attitude and appearance.
– Able to communicate in English/ Korean well.
– Accept to work in shifts (shift A from 6am to 2pm, shift B from 2pm to 10pm, shift C from 10pm to 6pm).
